Glass is the “Natural Choice” for Organic Products

According to Packaging Digest, glass is gaining “cachet” as a premium or prestigious form of packaging, as marketers are increasingly using glass packaging to position their goods as top notch. In addition to being premium, the magazine reports that glass is also non-toxic, ensures natural freshness and taste, is sustainable, and is recyclable. And in the organics market, Packaging Digest says glass is “a natural choice,” and “putting those products in plastic would be like an animal rights activist wearing a fur coat.”
