A Growing Body of Science Rings Alarm Bells About Bisphenol A

According to the Edmonton Journal, a “growing body of science is ringing alarm bells” about the plastics chemical bisphenol A (BPA), used to make baby bottles and reusable water bottles, which is an endocrine disrupter and may cause reproductive dysfunctions and different types of cancer. The article reports, “while a human adult might be able to process BPA, the chemical will stay in a newborn’s body for a long time.”
