FDA Should Protect Consumers by Banning BPA from Children’s Food Containers

According to the “Houston Chronicle,” amid a cascade of animal research linking the plastic chemical bisphenol A (BPA) to behavioral disorders, breast cancer, heart attacks, fertility problems and diabetes, the FDA should protect US consumers (and not the chemical industry) by promptly banning BPA from all containers for children’s food, formula and beverages.
