Obama Administration Might Ban Use of BPA

According to “The Daily Green,” while the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has rejected calls to regulate bisphenol A (BPA) in plastics, the Obama administration is showing some signs that it might ban or restrict its use. The FDA recently indicated that it won’t take any action to restrict the use of bisphenol A, a chemical found in many plastics and in the lining of cans, which can leach into foods.
